Shot on Eastman film; Technicolor prints.

In March, 1994, the film's music garnered 5 Grammy Awards, including Song of the Year for "Whole New World," sung by Peabo Bryson and Regina Belle, who themselves won the award for Best Pop Performance by A Duo or Group.
   For Alen Menken, the composer, had previously won 5 Grammies for his music for Disney's "The Little Mermaid" (1991) and "Beauty and the Beast" (1992).
