How do I return something to Smokey Mountain Sports?
At Smokey Mountain Sports, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.
When returning items:
1. We accept Returns up to 30 days from Invoice date for a FULL refund of Purchase Price. Shipping Charges are Non refundable.
All returned items must be in the original packaging.
2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging and we WILL issue a complete Purchase Price Refund. Shipping Charges are Non refundable.
3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.
4. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice and we WILL issue a complete Purchase Price Refund plus all Shipping Charges.
5. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to refund your full purchase price plus shipping for up to 30 days from the Invoice date.
6. You can also Exchange an item you are not happy with for up to 30 days from the Invoice date. For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace or Refund your Purchase Price for the damaged merchandise.
